I have been too many many different optometrists and opticians. I happen to come across this place a couple of years ago and popped in. They have the absolute best selection of high-end frames including my favorite, Lindberg. I can honestly say I have never experienced CustomerService of this level with any other place I’ve been to. Nick is phenomenal! He spent lots of time helping me choose the best frames. He always works hard to make sure that I’m happy with my choice and if I’m not he takes care of it! I have purchased many glasses through this business, and it will be the only place that I continue to buy glasses from. Cannot recommend them enough! Dr. Ho is excellent as well. First time in my life that I was able to find some contact lenses that were comfortable for me. I’ve never been able to wear contact lenses ever and Dr. Ho gave me a new type to try out that, although still not great, is the best I’ve had. In the meantime, I’ve chosen just to wear all of my awesome glasses that I have purchased here! I get compliments all the time!

I am so impressed. Dr.Ho took time to fix my glasses & did a wonderful job. Where I bought them I was told that they couldn’t repair them but I could purchase a new frame. ALSO, I had tried 4X to get my new glasses adjusted so they weren’t hurting my nose & I asked Dr. Ho if he could please do it. He was so kind & did the adjustment. I am grateful for the kindness & impressed by the quality of care. I will go there for my next pair of glasses.

I ordered progressive lenses for office use (computer/meetings/reading) here. I never had progressives and was very afraid to get any distortions, but to my surprise, I see everything very clear at a different distances and no adaptation needed at all! Very high quality lenses and careful fit test at the store that you can’t get in online stores. As a bonus, received second pair transition lenses with 50% discount (different brand even offers it for free).

I am totally impressed with the professionalism, care and service provided at Peace Arch LenStudio. I'm also very grateful for it. My first visit there, Dr. Ho detected cataracts and referred me for ophthalmologic surgery. Optician Nick went above and beyond to help me with new glasses post-surgery, even going so far as to find a replacement for the frames I had brought in to have new lenses inserted. He was concerned that my previous frames would not last, and he reached out to the rep to find new ones - even though LensStudio does not carry that brand. Joe was very careful with fittings. Honestly, it's a pretty amazing team, and I recommend them without hesitation.
