At LenStudio Optometry, we are committed to providing our patients with high-quality eyewear and contact lenses. Our warranty policy ensures your satisfaction and peace of mind with your purchase.
Frames

Warranty Coverage: All eyeglass frames purchased from LenStudio Optometry are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues related to the frame’s material and construction.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations. Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the frame, and loss or theft of eyeglass frames are also excluded.

Service: We offer complimentary frame adjustments, cleaning, nose pad replacements, and screw replacements for frames purchased at our clinic.
Lenses

Warranty Coverage: Prescription lenses are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including issues with lens coatings such as anti-reflective or scratch-resistant layers.

Non-Adaptation Guarantee: If you experience difficulty adapting to new progressive or bifocal lenses, we offer a 90-day non-adaptation warranty. Within this period, we will remake your lenses into a suitable alternative, such as single-vision lenses.

Prescription Changes: Should your prescription change within 60 days of purchase, we will provide a one-time lens replacement at no additional cost.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover scratches or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning.
Contact Lenses

Soft Contact Lenses: Unopened and unexpired soft contact lenses may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if your prescription changes or if you experience discomfort.

Custom and Specialty Lenses: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made lenses (e.g., RGP, scleral lenses) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Fitting Services: Professional fees for contact lens fittings and training sessions are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise of our trained professionals.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

Visit Our Clinic: Bring the defective product to LenStudio Optometry for assessment.

Assessment: Our staff will evaluate the issue to determine if it falls under warranty coverage.

Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If the original item is unavailable, a similar product of equal value will be provided.
