Prescription Eyewear (Frames & Lenses)
Final Sale Notice
All prescription eyewear is final sale due to the custom nature of both the lenses and the necessary adjustments made to the frames for proper fit and comfort. These products are tailored specifically to the individual and cannot be resold or reused.
Prescription Lenses

Non-Returnable: Prescription lenses are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Prescription Change Guarantee: If your prescription changes within 60 days, we offer a one-time complimentary lens replacement.

Progressive Lens Adjustment: We offer a 90-day non-adaptation guarantee for progressive or multifocal lenses. If you are unable to adapt, we will remake your lenses to an alternative design (e.g., single vision).
Frames

Non-Returnable: Frames purchased with prescription lenses are also final sale, as they are custom-adjusted to fit your facial structure.

Adjustments & Maintenance: We offer complimentary lifetime adjustments and minor repairs for frames purchased at our clinic.
Sunglasses
