I've walked into this store half a dozen times. With each visit Nick took the time to help me pick out and customize a frame to my liking. My indecisiveness was met with care and attention by the lens studio team. They helped me find the perfect frame for my face, taking into account shape, eyebrows, skin tone and things I didn't know to consider. The frame I did end up purchasing is now a prized possession.

What a wonderful experience I had here. This is my first time to need glasses, and it was with trepidation that I stepped into this establishment. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor patiently listened to the nuanced information I provided, and really spent time to fine tune the prescription I would need. After, I was handed over to an associate who helped me sort through the myriad of frame options, making suggestions and providing feedback on fit. Finally the different lens options available, including demos of said lenses was an educational experience in of itself for a newbie to the eyeglasses world. I placed my order and it was ready within a few days. The store itself is spotless, the selection to me looks varied and beautiful, and overall I had a five star experience, which is a rare thing in the lower mainland. I may be back soon for some sunglasses as they seem to stock pieces I have not seen elsewhere. Two thumbs up!
